Will my order be packaged discreetly?

Absolutely. Our customers discretion is very important to us so we take care in packaging your order in a plain brown or white shipping carton with no mention of our business name, website address or logo. Only the return address of our warehouse is stated.

Who is eligible for your FREE Lube and Batteries offer?

Every order shipped includes a FREE sample pack of lube pillows in assorted flavours. If your purchase includes a product that requires batteries we'll even throw them in FREE of charge too!

Who is eligible for FREE Shipping?

Our FREE Expedited S&H offer is available to all of our customers in all 10 Canadian provinces and the 48 contiguous United States.

What products are eligible for FREE Shipping?

When you purchase one or more of our custom adult gift boxes we will ship your complete order for FREE! If you are simply shopping for single (stand-alone) products a nominal flat S&H charge of $11.95 CAD will be applied during checkout for orders under $75.00. Stand-alone product orders $75.00 and over will also receive FREE S&H.

Order being shipped to one of these locations, regardless of the contents of the order, will have a S&H surcharge of $9.95 CAD applied to your total during checkout.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your payment clears your order will be shipped (Mon - Fri, excluding holidays). Depending on your location you can expect to receive your order from 1 - 6 business days.
